Meet Dr. Michael Filewood
Dr. Filewood believes that great dentistry begins with trust and genuine relationships. His defining philosophy is simple: every patient who walks through the door deserves to be treated like family.
Rather than recommending a one-size-fits-all approach, Dr. Filewood educates patients about their options and collaborates with them to find the solution that aligns with their goals, needs, and lifestyle. He finds deep satisfaction in working together with patients to achieve a healthy, confident smile and the lasting relationships that grow from that process.
Dr. Filewood is committed to providing comprehensive, modern dental care in a single location whenever possible. His goal is to minimize the need for outside referrals and give patients both the expertise and the convenience they deserve.
A Fort Worth resident, Dr. Filewood grew up in Colleyville and attended Grapevine High School. He shares his life with his wife, Kelsi, their daughter, Isla, and their two bird dogs, Retta and Rooster.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Filewood enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of the outdoors. You'll often find him on the golf course, hunting alongside his dogs, or out fishing.
